For more than 26 years, Superior Tours has lived by the core value of treating every customer like they are a member of our family. This prevailing value has provided guidance as we have navigated through the uncharted waters these past ten months.
Although it is never easy to disrupt operations for any business, the COVID-19 pandemic has done just that. From transportation for countless weddings, field trips, sporting events, family reunions...the list goes on and on...Superior Tours, along with the entire motorcoach industry, has come to a screeching halt. The industry plays a vital role in the movement of countless numbers of people each and everyday, yet we received no federal aid as extended to other modes of transportation, including airlines, trains and cruise lines. As you know, the long-reaching effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are staggering. What has remained steady throughout this devastating time is our commitment to our customers and employees. As a family owned business, please know that now, more than ever, we are grateful for the support we have received and truly appreciate that for almost a quarter of a century you have chosen Superior Tours as your travel partner.
As we begin to resume our daily travel schedule, CDC guidelines mandate all travelers "must wear masks over the mouth and nose" when traveling via motor coach.
We are following the latest CDC guidelines and recommendations.This includes:
Establishing state-of-the art procedures to sanitize our vehicles between trips with hand-held electrostatic sprayers.The procedure now includes the use of an EPA approved cleaner that is utilized when wiping down high touch areas, restroom and the floor on the interior.
Socially distancing when possible.
All motor coaches are equipped with hand sanitizer.
If you have an existing reservation/contract at this time, please rest assured that your reservation/contract deposit has been automatically credited to your customer account. Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds at this time. Your credit will be readily available to use for future travel with Superior Tours.
